Before Shipment
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse:
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Click "Cancel Order" next to the relevant order.
- Or contact our concierge on WhatsApp / email to request cancellation.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed as follows:

After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead:
- Refuse delivery when the courier arrives — the package will be returned to us and your refund initiated.
- Accept delivery and raise a return request within 7 days under our Returns Policy.
Cancellations by Al Sidra
In rare cases we may need to cancel your order due to:
- Product unavailability despite stock accuracy efforts
- Pricing errors on our website
- Inability to deliver to your location
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund within 3–7 business days.
